Vinyl plank flooring has several advantages over hardwood flooring.

Laminate flooring is another alternative to hardwood flooring. It is also much cheaper than hardwood while looking as good as traditional hardwood.
One major disadvantage of laminate flooring is that it is more susceptible to water damage.
